Chloe is the ultimate party girl in New York City. She has the morals of a pirate, but would do anything for her close friends. Her wild and unpredictable antics captivate and confound those around her, trying to live their lives freely, honestly and without liability. Yet, she manages to pay the rent and buy designer clothing somehow. Chloe is also the only American who can identify Banksy from the waist down.

Chloe is a beautiful young woman with pale white skin and hazel eyes. She is thin and petite, and keeps her straight black hair cut shoulder length with bangs. She dresses in grunge fashion, and often wears sunglasses and dangly earrings.
